Other home services, priced after we talk. Add any you’re interested in.
Good to knowWindow cleaning. Exterior glass unless noted. Hard-water spots and etched glass may not come off completely. Screens are cleaned, not repaired.
Gutter cleaning. Clears debris and flushes downspouts. Repairs to leaking seams, sagging sections or damaged downspouts are quoted separately. One- and two-story homes only.
Roof soft wash. Black algae streaks fade over several days to a few weeks as rain rinses the roof. Heavy moss may need a follow-up. This isn’t a roof inspection or repair, and we don’t walk steep or fragile roofs.
Solar panel cleaning. Soft brushes and purified water only. We don’t touch wiring or check panel output; please check your panel warranty first.
Trash can cleaning. Bins need to be empty. Deep stains and existing damage may remain.
Dryer vent cleaning. Clears lint from vent runs we can reach. Very long, crushed or disconnected ducts may need a vent specialist.
Driveway sealcoating. Sealcoat is for asphalt only, not concrete. It needs dry weather above 50°F and 24–48 hours with no driving. It covers fading and seals the surface, but it doesn’t fix potholes, sinking areas or wide cracks, and old oil spots may show through slightly. Light tire marks can appear in the first few weeks.
Crack filling. Fills cracks up to about ½ inch to slow further damage. Filled cracks stay visible and can reopen as the ground moves. It doesn’t fix sinking or lifted slabs.
Concrete & paver sealing. The surface must be clean and dry for at least 24 hours. Sealer can darken the surface slightly or add a light sheen, and any stains still there get sealed in.
Paver re-sanding. Joints must be dry. If it rains within 24 hours, the polymeric sand can leave a light haze on the pavers.
Curb address painting. Some cities and HOAs restrict curb painting, so please check yours first. Paint fades with traffic and weather over time.
Lawn mowing & edging. Price depends on lot size and grass height. Very overgrown lawns may have a first-cut charge. Weed and pest treatment isn’t included.
Hedge & shrub trimming. Shaping and cleanup, not removal. Height is limited to what we can safely reach from a ladder.
Leaf cleanup. Priced by yard size and volume. Bagging and haul-off are included.
Mulch & bed refresh. Priced by the cubic yard. Mulch color can vary slightly from batch to batch.
Sod patching. New sod needs daily watering for the first two weeks. We can’t guarantee it takes without it.
Yard debris removal. No hazardous materials such as chemicals, paint, tires or batteries. The final price depends on volume.
Garage door repair. We inspect and quote before any repair. Bent tracks, damaged panels and some older openers may need replacement parts or a specialist.
Garage door opener install. The opener unit is priced separately unless it’s included in your quote. A working outlet is needed near the opener.
Fence repair. New boards won’t match old weathered boards exactly until the fence is stained. Rotted posts may need to be replaced rather than repaired.
Drywall patching. Patches are blended and painted, but they may show in certain light. Touch-up paint may not match exactly on older or faded walls.
Door & lock repair. Smart-lock setup and high-security locks are quoted separately.
TV mounting. Hiding cables inside the wall depends on how the wall is built. We don’t add new electrical outlets.
Furniture assembly. All parts must be included. Missing or damaged parts may need a return visit.
Caulking & weatherstripping. Improves sealing around gaps, but it isn’t a fix for leaks from failed flashing, roofs or windows.
General handyman. Small repairs only. Work that needs a licensed electrician, plumber or a permit is outside our scope.
Deck & fence staining. Wood must be clean and dry (24–48 hours after washing). Stain looks different on old and new wood, and results depend on the wood’s condition.
Exterior paint touch-ups. Touch-ups may not match exactly on faded surfaces. Repairs beyond light prep are quoted separately.
Interior painting. Price includes light prep. Wall repairs, wallpaper removal and color changes that need extra coats are quoted separately.
Garage floor epoxy. Concrete must be dry with no moisture problems. Cracks and stains may still show through some finishes. Allow 3–7 days before parking on it.
Holiday lighting. Lights and timers are priced separately. Working exterior outlets are needed.
Gutter guard install. Guards cut down on cleaning but don’t end it. Pollen and fine debris can still collect.
Junk removal. No hazardous materials such as chemicals, paint, tires or batteries. The final price depends on volume.
Move-in / move-out cleaning. Priced by home size and condition. Heavy-duty jobs such as construction dust or pet damage are quoted separately.
