Will pressure washing damage my siding or paint?
Not the way we do it. Siding, stucco and painted surfaces get a soft wash: a cleaning solution breaks down the growth and a low-pressure rinse removes it. High pressure is only for surfaces that can take it, like concrete.
Do I need to be home?
No. We need access to the areas being cleaned and an outdoor water spigot. Most customers leave the gate unlocked and we send photos when we’re done. We do the final walk-through by phone if you’re away.
What about my plants and lawn?
We wet plants down before we start, cover delicate beds, and rinse everything again after. The cleaners we use are made for residential work and are diluted before they touch anything.
How long does a job take?
A driveway takes one to two hours. A full house wash usually takes two to four. Bundles are often done in a single visit.
How do you price?
By surface and size. The instant estimate gives you a range in under a minute. We confirm the final price in writing before any work starts, and it doesn’t change unless you add to the job.
What if it rains?
Light rain is fine for most jobs. If storms are coming, we reschedule at no cost and let you know the day before.
